Mindfulness Meditation is a practice that simply requires an ability to be still in a comfortable position, and redirect your thoughts to breath, as an anchor to the present moment. Every time the mind wanders, as it always will, the goal is to simply redirect attention back to the sensation of breathing. Mondays, 6:00 am.
