The props we will often use will include:
A yoga mat, or a floor surface that your hands and feet can “stick” to
1-2 blocks, or a stack of books
1 belt or strap
1-2 blankets or towel
A bolster, firm pillow, or cushion
A wall, stool, or chair/sofa
